Answer: Leadership can be termed as both practical skill and area of research enveloping ability of any company or personal to be guided, team-leading capability, and another individual or whole organization. Leadership experience is very valuable in the current market scenario. It has been seen that high school leadership experience are paid more as wage than those without it. The basic sign of a true leader is higher cognitive ability, more motivation and drive and more self-confidence (Northouse, 2015). It is hard to tell whether this skills they posses arise because of leadership service or because individual are selected for their preexisting skills. Women as leader are work oriented as well as relationship oriented whereas Men leader is very much work and result oriented. Scientist argued that influences of actual leaders in organizational outcomes are overrated as of the biased attributes of the Leaders (Bolman Deal 2017).It will be argued that studies of leadership have introduced t heories involving function, behavior, power, situational interaction, values, charisma, vision and intelligence. Team Is Different From Group In Every Sense where team is a group of people who shares a common team purpose and a different number of challenging goals where as a group is a collection of individual who contribute and coordinate their individual effort. Team member are mutually committed to each other and toward a common goal. Formula one team is a correct example of team as different individual with different sets of skills are aiming to win a particular objective People blessed with creative outlook, energy given and committing to the team have surpassed other teams (Pentland, 2017).A group maybe or may not be motivated to reach a single goal say for example a group of people paying together may not have interest to win some maybe motivated out of sheer pleasure but a team always think unanimously. Ineffective Team Diminishes Output such as a team in problem will always diminish the output. A team is put together with different expertise and experience to overcome obstructer and create a benchmark, which is expected of them, but team not able to deliver as promised calls for critical analysis (Hsiung, Luo Chung, 2014). The goal of evaluating the situation is to getting the team out of problems. It is important to act and liquidate tasks with the proper outlook as well as objectives of business of the company.There are different types of ineffectiveness and each has right set of solution. Different person rely on contrasting views under the influence of wrong circumstances, such differences quickly escalate to clash. Leaders ways of handling the clash determine either teams advantage or contribution to its demise. Teamwork A Vital Part of Working Environmentand thus organization keeps tracks on the team and train the manager to lead the team in the efficient manner, example of positive teamwork. One on one feedback: Feedback range from grammatical error via proofreading, advice on report formatting, advice on customer handling, efficient, correct and faster way to get a work done or maybe general feedback. The process is very useful if the employee have the expertise, knowledge and experience above then others Few example of rectifying the issues are Building trust with informal games, Intensify Challenge, Infuse fresh enthusiasm, Dividing role and goal to individual, Setting performance benchmarks, Allocation of resources and proper utilization, Workshop and Effective discussions and group decision making Conflicts at Workplace Are Very Common there is only few offices, where all the employees get along. Therefore, conflict resolution is a necessary component of the workplace, and people in leadership position must be skilled to counter conflict, providing resolution using conflict management techniques. Some conflicts with resolution are as followed: Individuals with different objectives: Communication problem arises if two people have different goals, as both will believe to be right among them. Motivation and Encouragement are way to powerful tools to help solve this issue within the team. This will help the team to understand the importance of teamwork (Katz Flynn, 2013). Roles not cleared: It is important for the team that each of the team members is assigned with a task and they understand it properly. Gathering the group to assign the task and listening to everyone will help improve the situation (Saundry Wibberley 2014). Breakdown in communication: Sabotaging each other out of rivalry or any other reason will hamper the communication within the team. The power of encouragement, praise, and punishing the employee with the wrong attitude will help keep discipline within the team. Resulting Factor: Conflict should be avoided for the sake of clash is the best way to pick battle s. As per the issue, a conflict should be resolved in the due course of time. The circumstance or situation if is very crucial and a lot is at stake than people have to communicate to ease the situation and aim to close philosophical gaps. To Conclude it is important for the organization to communicate with is employees and try to rectify the differences. Leaders are pivotal for effective communication. Leadership can entrust by different people by different means but it is important to have the respect of the employee to motivate and drive them to success. Individual differences and lack of trust in the team can damage and hamper the team goal but will the help of conflict management and effective communication from the leader can help overcome hindrance. Leadership styles, personality and other attribute are vital to under what suits best in the role and different situation calls for different persona and attribute so a leader must be versatile in his/her approach. Leadership is an integral part of the business and right skill and management is required to stop communication gap. Group can only converted into team if they have the right mindset and an unanimous aim to achieve something. However, an ineffective team i s same as an aimless group so it is necessary to clear the doubts and empower employees to be productive. Drive and determination traits like energy, initiation, dedication, dominance and assertiveness. Folk having similar traits works long hours, are very ambitious, quite competitive in nature and to wholeheartedly pursue their goals. Intelligence, verbal ability and analytical, good judgment and behavioral flexibility are some of the Cognitive capacity. Individuals possessing such traits are quick to find solutions of difficult situations, deadlines or quite comfortable to working under stress, future planner and adapt to changing situations. Leader should posses proper skills and knowledge to help overcome obstacle. A team without proper guidance and objective and a leader is just an aimless group. Leadership has the power and the substance to overcome a challenge by molding the scenario in favor of the leader.
